SUITE APARTMENTS
Our Suite Apartments, of about 40 sq.m., offer everything needed for a comfortable staying and are characterized by a double bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen with living area.
Each apartment is provided with:
• 2 LCD TV;• touch screen to activate air conditioning;• kitchenette with all the dishes (various cookware, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, "Lavazza Espresso Point" coffee maker, double electric plate for cooking food and sink;• soundproofing system;• free WiFi;• possibility to listen to your music through the AUX attack;• safe;• dining table;• comfortable sofa that becomes, in the case of Quadruple Suite, a double bed;• chromotherapy "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano";
The types of Suite Apartments available are the following:
• SEA FRONT GROUND FLOOR SUITE for up to 4 guests
• SEA VIEW SUITE WITH BALCONY for up to 4 guests
• SUITE WITH BALCONY (without sea view) for up to 4 guests
• SUITE DELUXE (without sea view) for up to 4 guests
A security deposit of EURO 200,00 will be pre-authorized on credit card at Check-in: the amount will be fully refundable within 24 hours after Check-out, subject to verification of the accommodation conditions, excluding any damage and return of entrance badges.
LATE CHECK OUT: In case of check out later than 11:00 a.m., subject to confirmation of availability, for every hour / fraction of hour guests will be charged the 10% of the amount paid for the last night of the stay.
Upon check out, the kitchen must be left clean, otherwise
the amount of EURO 50,00 will be retained from the security deposit.
