In front of Opera Arte Suite Apartments, on the street side, we are pleased to introduce Opera Arte Rooms.

The structure, subjected to radical renovations in the year 2018, offers a complex of rooms.

 
Each room is equipped with:

• private bathroom;
• LCD TV;
• mini bar;
• soundproofing system;
• free WiFi;
• touch screen to activate air conditioning;
• "Mens Sana in Corpore Sano" chromoterapy;
• safe.


The types of rooms available are the following:

• ECONOMY DOUBLE ROOM GROUND FLOOR;


• STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM;


• STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY;

• DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY;

• SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY;

• SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM WITH COURTYARD;

• PREMIUM DOUBLE ROOM WITH TERRACE;

• TRIPLE SUPERIOR ROOM;

• TRIPLE SUPERIOR ROOM WITH COURTYARD;

• TRIPLE ROOM WITH TERRACE;

• QUADRUPLE ROOM (consisting of a standard room and a mansard room);

• LUXURY GROUND FLOOR QUADRUPLE ROOM;

• PREMIUM QUADRUPLE ROOM WITH COURTYARD.


A security deposit of EURO 50,00 will be pre-authorized on credit card at Check-in: the amount will be fully refundable within 24 hours after Check-out, subject to verification of the accommodation conditions, excluding any damage and return of entrance badges.

LATE CHECK OUT: In case of check out later than 11:00 a.m., subject to confirmation of availability, for every hour / fraction of hour guests will be charged the 10% of the amount paid for the last night of the stay.
